Terms of Service
Plain English. No legalese where we can avoid it.
What this is.
quik.space is a temporary file-sharing service. Files expire by default in 72 hours. You can pay to keep them around longer or to group files into a space. Nothing here is permanent.
What you can use it for.
Sharing your own files with people you trust the link with. That's it.
What you cannot use it for.
Child sexual abuse material. Malware. Files you don't own the rights to. Stolen data. Anything that violates US law. See our Acceptable Use Policy for the full list.
Our right to take things down.
We can remove any file, ban any user, at any time, without notice. We log SHA-256 hashes of uploads so we can recognize and block known-bad content across the service.
Reporting.
Anyone can report a file by visiting the share link and clicking the small "report" link, or by emailing hello@quik.space.
Liability.
Files are designed to disappear. We are not liable for lost files, missed expiries, or downtime. Don't use quik.space as a backup service. It is not one.
Changes.
We may update these terms. The last-updated date is at the bottom of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
Governing law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
